72時間〜24時間前：日時変更かキャンセルが可能です。ウェブサイトの問い合わせフォーム、Eメール、またはお電話で日時変更かキャンセルの旨をお知らせください。やむをえずキャンセルされる場合は50%返金いたします。
24時間前〜：日時変更はできません。キャンセルされる場合、返金できません。
＜商品に不備がある場合＞当社による不具合、または人的要因によりレッスンができない場合、返金いたします。
